I was a member of a process implementation team that determined the documentation architecture for a new product. Additionally, I was responsible for writing the product functional specification which required understanding emerging technologies, changing business models, and customer requirements.
Release prime (September 1999 to March 2000)
I was responsible for preparing and delivering 18 000 pages of documentation to the customer. This position involved coordinating writing activities and writers throughout the development cycle. I tracked the status of writing deliverables. I also contributed to developing a release method to publish consecutive release information, concurrently using FrameMaker + SGML.
